At QukServe, we want every customer to have a smooth and valuable experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a refund, subject to the following conditions:


1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are only applicable to new customers of QukServe Pro who have not previously availed of a refund.

  • Refund must be requested within 14 days of purchase.

  • Valid only for direct purchases made via official QukServe payment methods (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refund requests after 14 days from purchase.

  • Users who have violated the Terms of Service or used the platform for prohibited activities.

  • Custom service add-ons (if any), such as domain purchase, advanced customization, or external services, are non-refundable.


3. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@qukserve.com with the subject “Refund Request – [Your Store Name]” along with:

  • Your registered email ID

  • Payment proof (screenshot or transaction ID)

  • Reason for refund

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
