Welcome to QukServe (“we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the QukServe platform, products, services, and any associated websites, tools, or applications (collectively referred to as “Service”).

By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

a. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a guardian to use QukServe. If you're using QukServe on behalf of a company or organization, you agree that you are authorized to represent them.

b. Account Creation

To access full features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Pricing & Free Plan

a. Free Forever Plan (QukServe Lite)

You may use the Lite plan for free without payment or credit card information. This plan offers limited access to features and can be upgraded at any time.

b. Premium Plan (QukServe Pro)

The Premium plan is available at a one-time yearly payment of ₹4999. It unlocks full platform features, including unlimited products, advanced controls, and AI integration.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments for QukServe Pro are collected via third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm).

• We do not handle or store your customers’ payment data.

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if you are not satisfied with the platform. Email our support team for review.

• Auto-renewal is not enabled by default.

4. User Content

a. Upload Rights

You may upload products, descriptions, blogs, images, and other content to your storefront.

b. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of any content you upload. We do not claim ownership but reserve the right to remove content that violates the law or these Terms.

5. Data Privacy

• We host user/store data securely on Hostinger servers.

• We never sell or share your data with any third party.

• Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support.

6. Payment Processing

We integrate with third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, Stripe) to facilitate your customers’ payments.
Note: QukServe does not collect or store any transaction data from your customers.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use QukServe to promote illegal products or activities.

• Interfere with the platform’s operation.

• Use bots, scripts, or any automated systems to exploit QukServe.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You misuse the service,

• Upload harmful or illegal content,

• Violate payment terms or

• Engage in abuse or fraud.

You may also cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of QukServe after changes indicates your acceptance. You will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard notification.
